职位描述：

协助主管做好ISO9001体系建立和维护。

协助主管做好危险化学品企业安全标准化体系建立和维护。

检测化学品粘度和水分等指标，并负责告知生产部门产品是否合格

负责实验室的日常维护：试剂、实验室用品和耗材采购、实验室仪器标定、维护等

对生产车间的计量仪器、检测设备的维护和管理；

生产辅助工作：工时统计，办公室行政事务，团队活动组织等

负责收集、分析、汇总及考察供应商信息，编制原、辅材料料合格供应商清单。

根据物料需求，制定和执行采购计划，并进行有效跟踪。

负责维保部门的备品备件的采购

建立原、辅材料基本采购周期，通过合理途径，缩短采购周期。

负责新供应商开发，采取货比三家原则，进行物料、物品采购。

收集、统计和分析部门关键指标，包括原、辅材料与仓库、生产计划充分沟通和合作，监控安全库存，确保物料备货充足。

准时到货率、合格率等，识别纠改机会，并持续改进。

任职资格：

了解化学品工作涉及化学品制造，仓储，运输等环节者优先

为工厂或者物流服务商工作过

有物流管理及一定的财务知识，熟悉采购ISO流程，熟悉中国的进出口相关政策。
