职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-To update the necessary fabric details in the Corporate Fabric Database.
-To update and monitor actively the fabric order follow up via the Fabric Action Calendar and share relevant information with (Senior) Merchandisers.
-To organize the necessary samples, latest fashion trends, etc. from approved mills
-Identifies and suggests opportunities to standardize C&A’s key fabric qualities within a country.
-Develops innovative fabrics under guidance of the Fabric Merchandise Manager (or Area Fabric Manager).
-Drives and follows up on Corporate Programs.
-Provides market insight and information independently on a regular basis.
-Keeps track of market prices and communicates those to the Fabric Merchandise Manager.
-Ensure that all mills are aware of, and respect all aspects of the C&A Code of Conduct.
-To offer support which can include, e.g. background information of mills, best value fabric sources, suitable alternative sources, improvement potential at selected mills, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Good understanding of fabric construction and costing
-Well experience in dyeing, printing and color mixing of fabrications
-Able to manage entire fabric sourcing, development and delivery process
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Fluent command of written and spoken English
-Understands the local sourcing market and merchandising processes
-Has focused product knowledge/experience
-Has a very good local network
-Good communicator, very detail minded, very cost conscious
-Bright, intelligent and analytical
-Can build good relationship with customers and suppliers
-Is a good team player

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-Diploma or above in textile technology or related disciplines
-5 years fabric merchandising experience preferably in garment trading or manufacturing companies. 举报 分享
