BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB / 设立该职务的基本目的

- To assist purchasing assistant manager in responsible areas;

- To answer the request from P&C different departments and assure daily operation.

- To maintain database like PO creation, contract renew, price analysis, monthly record collection……

- To achieve cost saving and other objectives with the support of assistant manager.

- To manage and maintain the healthy relationship with corresponding suppliers;

DETAIL RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责

- Project management: to answer the request from different departments from P&C PD;

- Supplier sourcing and management – to answer new supplier sourcing request if needed and assure the supplier could catch our expectation of cost, quality, planning and service.

- Smooth & Efficient communication with all concerned PD teams
