? Recruitment Manager
Other stakeholders:
? All employees, Recruitment Responsible, Business Manager and other HR team members.
Accountability
The Recruiter is accountable to:
? Attract and motivate qualified candidates to join H&M
? Explore effective sourcing channels for the recruitment of talents
? Coordinate the needs and secure efficient recruitment processes
? Develop a candidate pipeline and build trusted relationships with other recruitment staff
Main Responsibilities
Recruitment Process
? Screen, select, telephone interview and coordinate interviews
? Give feedback & advice to the hiring manager on the suitability of the candidates with the Recruitment Responsible.
? Source candidates in creative and cost-effective ways (e.g. social networking tools, research and market mapping, employee referrals, advertising and recruitment agencies)
? Proactively build candidate pools in key positions and manage relationships with potential candidates for future recruitment opportunities
? Ensure that recruitment systems, processes and policies are applied for all hires. Ensure consistent assessment and selection of candidates and provide continuous recruitment status reports
? Contribute actively to improving the recruitment process routines and follow up the local labour requirements
Recruitment Administration
? Master all functionalities of the application management tool TALEO. Optimize the tool by trying out new methods or searching for the best practices of other users
? Search for the necessary information for the ads and their publication on our website or other channels and ensure the quality of the content of advertisements
? Perform recruitment data collection and analysis
? Be responsible for background checks and secure compliance in the whole recruitment process
? Organize and take part in recruitment projects such as employer branding activities, campus recruitment, employee referral programmes, etc.
? Assist with ad hoc HR projects or work independently on the vacancies if needed
Education and Experience requirements
? Professional education in either/or Business, HR Management, or a related discipline
? Have interviewing experience both at junior and middle management level
? Knowledge of best-practice recruitment techniques
Knowledge and Skills requirements
? Excellent written and spoken English
? Conversant with the Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation and Tax regulations
? Experience in active participation on business oriented social media platforms is an advantage
