岗位职责：

1.检验机床钣金件并填写检验报告

2.向经理汇报检验结果

3.在已检部件上贴上相应标签

4.对来料做防锈处理并防止在制定的位置

5.协助装配线检验员处理线上不合格品

6.检查仓库可能形成的不良品

7.VDI 检验

8.协助物流部门退还不良品

岗位要求：

1、钣金加工厂任检验员三年以上。
2、能看懂复杂的钣金图纸。
3、熟悉钣金加工工艺：下料、折弯、焊接、整形、打磨、组装、磷化、喷涂。
4、沟通能力强。
