JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze product requirements; work with product management and development.
- Define test plan and test cases, based on the product requirements.
- Implement, execute and analyze test cases. (Mainly black box testing)
- Work with development and product management to debug and resolve identified issues, before, during and after testing (bug advocacy).
- Define the requirements for test environments, based on the test concepts chosen for the project, build and maintain them.
- Take part in the activity of Software Quality Control.
- Maintenance of Lab machines.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate from university with degree from Telecom, computer science, or related area, 2+ years experience in system test in telecom industry .
- Good knowledge of mobile telecom 2G/3G (UMTS/EDGE/GSM/TD-SCDMA) and related protocols
- Be familiar with test methods, process and tools. Good documentation capability.
- Good understanding of testing concepts (unit/ component/ integration/ feature/ system test), test approaches (white box/ black box/ debugging), and test case definition techniques.
- Be able to make test plan according to understanding of requirements, execute test plan independently
- Good English capability (speaking, listening, and writing)
- Good team work spirit and communication skill, easy to cooperate with customers and team members.
- Capability to work and to solve problems independently
- Experience of C++/Unix/Shell script is a plus.
