职位描述：
HEAD OF SCOUTING
Responsibilities:（任职要求）
1. To establish the scouting system and network in identifying players for Jujusports football academy, and leading the scouting team.
2. To be responsible of identifying and reporting on the most talented young players in the national wide areas.
3. To be part of the point of contact between the Jujusports football Academy and players’ parents/guardians when young players have been in for a period of training and assessment.
4. To monitor the scouting team from designated geographic areas, help to develop a network of contacts in youth football in order to ?maximize coverage of that area and ensure the scouting team has a working knowledge of all talented young players at different age groups.
5. To organize a fortnightly/Monthly scouting meetings with the Football Director of Academy and to prepare in advance of those meetings updates of all scouting activity and targeted players. ?
6. To project a professional image maintain an ambassadorial role for the Academy at all times, and adhering to the company policies and protocols, specifically in relation to the recruitment of young players.
7. To maintain accurate and detailed records of all matches attended and players scouted on the Jujusports football Academy Scouting Database. ?
8. To oversee scouting team to watch matches, minimally covering 10 matches per Month for each individual.
Experience& qualification （任职资格）
1. Previous scouting experience and coaching experience of Youth football.
2. Certain scouting qualifications.
3. Computer skills (in particular Word/ Excel/ Access).
4. High levels of communication skills, both orally and written.
5. Personable and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
6. Good team player who can work on own initiative.
7. Willingness to work weekends and in the evening.
8. Sensitive to the needs of young players, parents/guardians.
9. High levels of diplomacy and skills of persuasion. 举报 分享
