We are looking for an entry level Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director. The role will involve the following:
1. Provide secretarial support
2. Book flights , hotels and restaurants and arrange transportation
3. Assist to prepare documents for meetings
4. Arrange couriers and posts
5. Scanning and recording documents
6. Other administrative responsibilities
Requirements:
Although full trainings will be provided candidates with the following qualities will be preferred:
1. Good English, confident to communicate with foreigners and willing to improve and learn
2. Ability to use Microsoft Office software, most importantly Word, Excel and Outlook
3. Good communication, liaison and time management skills

4. Flexible and honest
