Position:

工作职责

1. Be responsible for the service to our customers.

主要负责设备售后服务

2. Be responsible for assembly, testing, installation of new machinery, refurbishment of old machinery and onsite service work with customers.

设备组装装配，设备测试，老设备升级以及客户的工厂服务工作

3.Be able to answer customers service phones and technically support customer via mail and phone.

接听客户服务电话， 通过电话和邮件技术协助用户。

Experience

经验要求

1. Good electrical, programming knowledge

具备丰富的自动化以及电气、编程专业知识

2. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience with servicing or maintenance of automatic production machinery.

至少具有3年的在自动化行业服务和维护经验

3. Experience within a food, cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry preferred..

具有药厂，日化工作经验者优先
