? Support client's data cleaning, data management, reporting, translation, customer complain handling and customer service related issues. Ensure the delivery is accuracy and efficiency
? Support delivery of CRM programs for customer loyalty program for international brand and other accounts as may be assigned from time to time.
? Support in the development and implementation of the marketing strategies for the client into a series of marketing activities/campaigns, monitor operation and quality control, track and report performance.
? Responsible for communication tools management including e-DM, SMS and MMS broadcasting and tracking report management, website content initiates, update and reporting management
? Co-ordinate with other internal departments (such as IT, Operations and Creative), client, partners and external vendors for day-to-day implementation of the program
? Assist in the preparation of presentation documents and research reports in both English and Chinese
? Support billing management
Personal Profile:
? Basic knowledge in marketing, CRM and loyalty program
? Well organized, good communication skills and interpersonal skill
? Good sense of the figure and well knowledge in customer service related issues
? Good sense in layout, creativity and well knowledge in CRM, internet, mobile, SNS or wireless activities
? Aggressive, independent and responsible working attitude
? Have high patience and may work under pressure, with stable personality
? Good command of English in speaking and writing
? Energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude with a desire to progress
? Can work under pressure
