职位描述：
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in construction or architecture
- 1-2 years of Cad Drafting Experience
- Fluency in operating AutoCAD (both 2D and 3D) and MS Office, PDMS would be a good plus
- Team spirit, flexibility, commitment
- Hard-working, enthusiastic
- Able to work independently and responsibly.
- Chinese native speaker, with good ability in speaking and writing in English


Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building CAD drawings based on information provided by customers, engineers and architects (Piping Lay-outs, Building lay-Outs, etc.)
- Develop and coordinate drawings with other disciplines (HVAC, utilities, etc.)
- Assist in the development of design or design development drawings, develop base sheets and construction details for our industrial projects.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in preparing efficient datasheets, layouts, work statements, drawings and delivery schedules
- Support and assist project managers and architects in all phases of a project. 举报 分享
