Job Description:
- Work within software team to design & execute requirement-driven test cases from software feature level for 7100 DWDM OTS.
- Setup of the test environment, design, coding, debugging and execution of manual/auto test in a new product development environment.
- Test result summary and report based on software feature development and release plan.
- Individual will also required to participate in product requirements analysis, refinement and SW integration
Requirements:
- 5+ years telecomm experience in optical & data communication software development or test.
- 1 - 2 years telecomm software test/development experience is acceptable with Engineer title if employed.
- Network element knowledge on OTN/PTN/SONET/SDH is required, including DWDM set up experience.
- Design, debug and executing test cases with fully understand of the requirement.
- Familiar with different vendors' test box is required.
- Tck/tk experience is required. Automation test experience is preferred.
- Unix Shell/Perl script capability is a good plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- BSEE/BSCS or equivalent experience required
