职位描述：
Job purpose summary:
？ Be responsible to design and assisting in implement all payment systems based on corporate strategy, business requirements and existing system functionalities.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
？ Involve people from different departments and partners. Collect and analyze user requirements and develop system functional specification.
？ Understand industry trend and best practice on payment industry including bank cards, prepaid card, online payment and Wallet etc. Translate requirement into a solution vision, high-level business and/or IT system specifications, and a portfolio of implementation tasks
？ Lead all solution architecture related activities during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.
？ Design and continuously improve company’s payment systems and integration with 3rd parities application systems. Assist IT development manager to deliver services on schedule, cost and good quality.
？ Analyze production issues, identify the root cause of defects, and existing application systems.
？ Respond change request of production from business side, fulfill ad-hoc business and operation requests.
？ Be responsible for promoting team work and collaboration within the company, ensuring prompt identification and resolution of potential areas of conflict.

Qualifications:
？ BS degree in finance, retail or IT
？ 10+ years experience as solution architect, project manager or system engineer in bank card, prepaid card and on-line payment etc.
？ Demonstrate ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across functions.
？ Analytical Thought and Problem Solving. Fluent English capacity.
