Main Responsibilities:

1. Render professional services to clients by engagement ;

2. Assist manager in business development of new clients and maintain existing clients' relationship;

3. Visit Client and attend meeting with clients to identify customer needs;

4. Coach to junior consultants

5. Provide interpretations, analysis and recommendations to facilitate clients' management decision making;

6. Study government policies and help design new service product.

7. Ensure effective delivery of quality service; and
8. Other ad hoc assignments.




Competencies & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree major in Accounting, Finance and related area;
2. Passed some paper of professional qualification examination: CPA , CTA, etc,. will be a plus;
3. Over 2 or more years of relevant experience in areas of tax consulting or finance department in corporate, experience of Corporate Taxes, International Taxes and Transfer Pricing experience will be a plus and;
4. Basic knowledge of PRC and international accounting standards, tax laws and regulations.;
5. Uncompromising integrity with excellent communication and analytical skills;
6. Organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills;
7. Passionate and positive with teamwork spirit;
8. Good knowledge of computer skill including MS Office,etc.;
9. Good command of both English and Chinese; and
10. Willing to work under pressure.
