职位描述：
1：全面负责电商运营部门管理工作，承担天猫/京东/官网/APP运营任务，参与公司战略发展等
重大问题的决策；
2. 根据公司发展策略和目标，制定整体的运营方案计划、年度费用预算，对销售指标、利润率目
标负责；
3. 负责电商各渠道拓展与维护，建立良好的合作发展关系，并完善电子商务的零售与分销体系；
4. 负责公司所有营销，推广活动的创意，策划方案的撰写，拓展和维护公司媒体资源关系网络，
与各界媒体保持良好关系；
5. 日常运营管理，制定推广方案，通过各类数据工具等对店铺的各项数据（如：UV，PV，跳出
率，转化率等）进行监控和数据分析，做好竞争对手的数据采集，评估与分析，并店铺做出相应
调整；
6. 各类节日或主题活动的策划，并及时对活动进行跟踪、评估和统计分析，并及时提出改进方
案；
7. 根据店铺业绩、市场反馈等对各个运营项目进行监督和控制，及时调整推广策略，保证项目运
营目标的持续达成，提高推广的效率；
8. 根据公司战略目标，制定方案和计划，推进公司的APP产品框架逻辑运营；
9. 团队建设与管理，合理设置部门组织结构和岗位，优化业务流程，开展必要的培训和绩效管
理，带领所属运营团队实现营销目标，完成公司下达的销售目标，提升品牌影响力；
