职位描述

Target Person:Singapore or Malaysia
Work Location:Nanjing - Jianye District(注:本职位的工作地点是在南京市建邺区)

Responsibility:
1、Manage the overall quality ,performance and productivity of the HTC-Southeast Asia Customer service Center project , lead and motivate members of the call center operations team to achieve the quality of service commitment and have the duty to reach the results of the project performance;
2、Provide business colleagues fullly supports and ensure that in customer service system, workbench and technical support representative each have enough resources to meet with the operational requirements;
3、Plan, set up and improve the unit interior process standardization,develop and regularly update the relevant work rules and procedures to upgrade online operation management and operating efficiency ;
4、Monitor and supervise staff the quality of various work, manage projects a full range of quality, performance and productivity and have correct judgment in a variety of problems and errors including the systems and processes
5、Assist in the recruitment and training of new technical support representative if have the case of personnel flow;
6、For internal and external communication and coordination to ensure that business operations unimpeded operation;
7、Actively and in real time provide customers various operational and operation suggestions to improve the operation efficiency and customer satisfaction;
8、Regularly provide customers valuable report to meet with the expectations of our customers.


Qualifications:
1 Bachelor degree, with more than 2 years call center experience, more than 1 year competent experience, have IT or mobile phone kind of science and technology project experience is preferred.
2 Be fluent in English, Cantonese, and be good at in Chinese.
3 Independently complete the project planning and implementation work.
4 Have communication and coordination, leadership new ruling, problem analysis and solving, planning and presentation skills.
5 Result oriented, have a good team management ability and the team cooperation spirit.
6 Have working enthusiasm, character cheerful, can inspire and drive the team morale.
7 Good time and emotional management ability, can work under high pressure in the environment.
