职位描述：
This chemical engineer will work in the Piezo-electric department, an interdisciplinary team. The engineer will be engaged in R&D of electrophoretic process on multilayered piezoelectric ceramic. The engineer will work with a team of material engineers and technicians to develop co-fired multilayered piezoelectric ceramic stacks with high displacement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
职责描述
1. R&D on electrophoretic deposition process (EPD) on multilayered piezoelectric ceramic
开发压电陶瓷内电极镀膜工艺（电泳沉积工艺）
2. Optimize and stabilize electrophoretic process
优化、稳定电泳沉积工艺
3. Make a reasonable and effective arrangement for EPD process
合理高效的安排EPD的工艺流程，使得EPD的前、后衔接工艺顺利流转
4. Help to accomplish the relative work in piezo team
协助完成压电陶瓷产线的相关生产任务；
5. Help to manage the EPD lab
实验室的日常运行和管理；
6. Cooperate engineers in the team to accomplish other work
配合组内工程师完成其他日常工作；

JOB REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. One year and above of experience on electrophoretic deposition or electroplating
3. Master in Chemistry is ideal
4. Related experience on managing the laboratory
5. Good written and spoken language ability in English is essential (College English Test Band 4 and above)
6. Serious and steadfast and strong sense of responsibility for job
7. Good communication and team work spirit

1. 本科及以上学历；博士优先
2. 需具备一年以上电泳沉积或电镀的实验室工作经验；
3. 化学专业的优先；
4. 有相关的实验室管理经验；
5. 有一定的英语读写能力（大学英语四级及以上）；
6. 细心，踏实，对工作有责任心；
7. 善于沟通，具有良好的团队合作精神。
