Mission:
Provide technical support for area, support the product improvement, and then lead to sustainable profitable growth on construction technique service business.
Job Description:
- Technical support:
Communicate to solve the technical requirement from area and dealer.
Collect, share and publish the technical information to area;
Communicate with PC to push to solve the technical problem.
Solve the technical problem as fly doctor when area and dealer requirement.
- Product improvement:
Follow up quality issue to PC in system. Report to quality issue to PC monthly.
Collect and analysis the product quality problem, push PC to improve the product quality issue.
Publish the service bulletin to area, plan the service according to the bulletin requirement.
- Training:
Prepare the training material for area and dealer.
Train or organize training for the area engineer according to competence development.
Organize the dealer service training.
- Service product support:
Collect the information from field, assist PC to make and update service kit, pack and spare parts proposal.
Give the suggestion for the parts stock.
- Others:
Implement the relevant project for the CRS business.
Job requirements:
- More than 6 year work experiences at Air (portable compressor), Power (generator), Light (light tower), Water (water pump), HH&LCC (hand-held pneumatic/hydraulic tools, light compaction and concrete equipment).
- Good English in both spoken and written.
- Excellent results oriented and customer Oriented
- Open minded, high integrity, initiative and self-motivated.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and leadership, team work player.
- Base in Shanghai, willing to travel.
