职位描述：
岗位职责/Job Responsibility：
1、负责推动过程、Okm、售后质量问题的快速有效解决；
      Responsible for driving process, Okm, after-sales quality problems quickly and efficiently solve;
2、负责跨部门的人员、资源、工作内容的沟通与协调，支持QE快速有效解决过程及客户端的质量问题；
      Responsible for communication and coordination with other departments (including personnel, resources and job content, etc.). Support QE fast and efficient to solve the quality problem of the process and customer side;
3、负责推动外部质量成本的分析与改善措施的实施；
      Responsible for promote external quality cost analysis and improvement measures of implementation;
4、负责推动产品与过程的质量改善，达成客户质量目标，提高顾客满意度；
      Responsible for promoting the quality of the product and process improvement, achieve customer quality target, improve customer satisfaction;
5、负责对新项目移交的人员、资源、工作内容进行合理的安排，确保交接顺利；
      Responsible for new project transition.(including personnel, resources and job content, etc.).
6、负责监督过程、0km、售后的质量状况、质量达标情况、问题解决进度，并形成资料定期汇报；
      Responsible for monitoring of process, 0 km, after-sale quality status, quality standard, problem solving progress, and regularly report form data;
7、负责提升QE与客户沟通的方法、及书面报告的能力，提升QE团队的合作能力、内部凝聚力；
     Responsible for QE and customer communication method and the ability of a written report, promote QE team cooperation ability, internal cohesion;
8、负责过程分层审核及后续行动的落实；
     Responsible for the implementation of layer process audit and action follow-up;
9、负责产品安全问题的升级；
     Responsible product safety issues escalation;
10、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

岗位要求/Job Requirements：
1、本科以上，机械相关专业
      Bachelor Degree or above with major in mechnical or related
2、汽车行业相关专业知识
      Familiar with automotive quality standards
3、8年以上汽车行业质量
      More than 8 years of automobile industry quality management experience
4、熟练Office软件
      Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel
5、优秀的英语沟通能力
     Good english communication skill
6、通用、大众、上汽相关项目经验
