1、根据公司战略发展的需要，分析公司人力资源需求，负责制定招聘计划并组织实施；

2、负责完善企业招聘制度、招聘体系及招聘流程；

3、拟定招聘方案，组织实施招聘活动；

4、分析、选择、维护各类招聘渠道，并与外部招聘服务机构形成紧密的合作关系，满足公司的人才需求；

5、进行工作分析，完成职位说明书以及简历甄别和招聘测试、面试、筛选、录用等；

6、分析、评估招聘效果；

7、建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制;

8、员工培训、绩效考核等。

任职要求：

1、五年以上人事工作经验，有猎头及金融领域工作经验者优先；

2、熟悉招聘流程，熟练运用各种招聘工具和方法，丰富的招聘经验及技巧；

3、具有良好的职业道德和职业操守及良好的团队合作意识；

4、优秀的语言表达及沟通能力，协调能力、亲和力和明锐的洞察能力和分析判断力。
