职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1.Present new product business proposals to executive committee for approval in context of an overall product mix strategy
2.Become an expert and an enthusiast for all dōTERRA products in China and at Corporate
3.Make compelling product presentations in company meetings, product showcases, and at company events on a regular basis
4.Ensure professional, efficient work activity of the Product Marketing department
5.Ensure the timely launch of new products in support of company sales calendars
6.Manage regular product pipeline coordination meetings with company and corporate organizations
7.Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for department processes and interaction with R&D, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Creative Services, and other company departments
8.Ensure the professional quality of new product sales sheets, PowerPoints, videos, etc. to be used as reference guides in the field
9.Become an expert on competitor products and new market opportunities in the essential oils, personal care, nutrition, household, and other consumer product categories
10.Constantly think of new ways the dōTERRA product offering can be enhanced
11.Be a positive, healthy, cheerful representative of dōTERRA

Job Qualifications:
 
* Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or life sciences required
* 6 years professional product marketing experience required
* 2 years managing other marketing professionals required
* Excellent writing and verbal communications skills required
* Public speaking/presenting experience required
* Professional experience with managing multiple, complex projects required
* Experience with developing and marketing new consumer products required
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required 举报 分享
