Job Summary

We are now looking for a NDO Solution Architect for LTE mobile Network, who will be responsible for analyzing and improving network performance and fulfil customer requirement via system and algorithm enhancement.

In this role, you will also be accountable for providing reasonable system improvement to R&D by deep understanding of RAN system and field performance.

Qualification

• Familiar with LTE standards and new technologies adopted in 5G
• Familiar with 3GPP protocols
• Expertise in LTE (or other RAN) system and architecture design
• Expertise in LTE (or other RAN) function/algorithm design
• Experience of field performance is a strong plus

Required Skills & Experience

• M.Sc. or B.Sc in Wireless Communication, Computer Science or Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in RAN system design/development
• Advanced technical knowledge in LTE, or other wireless technologies
• Strong analysis ability
• Strong ability in trouble shooting and problem solving
• Good communication in both Chinese and English
