1、全日制本科及以上学历，3年以上人力资源管理经验，男女不限；

2、熟悉人力资源招聘、薪酬、绩效考核、培训等规定和流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，擅长招聘与薪酬；

3、具备良好的职业操守和沟通协调能力，积极主动，抗压能力强，有较强的责任感和服务意识；

4、熟悉使用办公室软件及较好的文字组织表达能力。
