采购工程师 Sourcing Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
？ Management of vendor base for assigned commodities.
？ Establish and manage cost saving goals for assigned commodities.
？ Participate with Manufacturing, Production Control, Engineering and Quality Control to review quality discrepancies of incoming commodities.
？ Coordinate organizational demands with vendors; monitor and evaluate vendor performance.
？ Coordinate various demands from customers;
？ Control commodity purchase price variances.
？ Participate with ongoing new vendor evaluation and leading dept. personnel in product/supplier change.
？ Generate various reports related to assigned commodities.
？ Collaborate with supplier and quality department for issue resolution.
？ Collaborate with financial and logistic department for issue resolution;
？ Maintain database accuracy.

PERSON SPECIFICATION – Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications / Personal Attributes
？ Successful negotiating skills.
？ 3+ Accomplished and innovative Buyer with proven success in commodity procurement.
？ Strong technical and global knowledge of commodity(s).
？ Ability to handle multiple deadlines in a changing environment with a sense of urgency.
？ Must have the drive and initiative to continuously reduce costs and implement changes.
？ Strong statistical and analytical/comparative abilities.
？ Must exhibit strong problem solving skills with ability to make decisions executing sound judgment
？ Team player with good interpersonal skills and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
？ Working knowledge of computers and proficient with PC software.
？ MRP experience required.
？ Good English Communication.
？ Bachelor’s Degree.

？ 管理指定物料的供应商；
？ 建立并管理指定物料的成本控制目标；
？ 参与对所采购物料的生产制造过程控制以及技术要求和质量控制进行审核以确保所采购物料的质量；
？ 协调处理供应商的各种需求，评估并监控供应商的业绩表现；
？ 协调处理来自客户的各种需求；
？ 控制物料采购价格的变动；
？ 参与协助质量以及财务部门对新供应商的评估；
？ 负责准备与所采购物料有关的各种报告；
？ 协助供应商以及本公司质量部门的工作；
？ 协助本公司财务和运输部门的工作；
？ 负责对系统相关数据库的维护；
