Job description:

· Lead a group of ADME/PK scientists to design and execute preclinical PK studies, including protocol development, communications with clients, and preparation of study reports

· Provide scientific leadership in development of bioanalytical methods and analysis of PK samples using LC/MS/MS.

· Identify ADME/PK issues and provide appropriate solutions to address these issues.

· Supervise the scientists in collecting necessary data, perform allometric analysis, and work with clinical pharmacokineticists to predict clinical doses.

· Organize Tele-conferences and communicate with clients to update the project progress and discuss results.

· Write study reports.

Requirements:

· Bioanalytical PhD with at least 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in preclinical ADME/PK and PK/PD.

· Solid background in pharmacokinetics and drug metabolism and knowledge in drug-drug interactions, drug transporters and other aspects in drug safety.

· PK/PD modeling and simulation are highly desirable.

· Strong scientific and English communication skills are essential.
