JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide strategic, managerial, and scientific leadership in discovery biology with area of, but not limited to, molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, virology, assay development, etc.
- Be responsible for strategy and implementation of activities.
- Be responsible for the team buildup and expansion
- Be responsible for ensuring deliverables with high quality at a fast turnaround time
REQUIREMENTS:
- The candidate must have a Ph. D in biology or related sciences.
- Excellent experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Must have an outstanding record of successful research, including publications in peer-reviewed journals
- Capabilities to lead the team toward the success in project implementation, guide groups through corporate change and growth
