JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Provide strategic, managerial, and scientific leadership in the area of, but not limited to, molecular biology, cell biology and biochemistry.

- Be responsible for developing strategy and implementation of new technology and methods

- Be responsible for the team buildup and expansion

- Be responsible for ensuring deliverables with high quality at a fast turnaround time

REQUIREMENTS:

- The candidate must have a Ph. D in biology or related sciences.

- A good track record of research in the related fields and scientific papers is essential.

- Demonstrated strong problem solving skills, with working knowledge of experimental design and data analysis

- Demonstrated ability to lead the team toward the success in project implementation, guide groups through corporate change and growth

- A thorough understand and solid hands-on experience on enzymology is a plus

- Excellent communication skills in English, flexibility and the desire to work within a multidisciplinary team
