职责描述：
1、协助负责项目的规划与管理工作，制定研发及生产计划，协助组织项目实施；
2、协调内部各研发部门关系，定期组织项目会议，协调各方面资源以推进项目进度，督促研发及生产人员按计划完成研发及生产任务；
3、协调与供应商及装配厂的关系，以保质保量的完成既定目标；
4、协助负责项目成员的技术培训与指导工作。

职位要求：
1、本科或以上学历，电子工程、通信工程、无线电技术等相关专业
2、一年以上无线通信领域项目管理经验，对项目总体规划与实施有一定经验，熟悉无线通信产品开发和质量控制流程；
3、对行业技术发展有前瞻性，对新技术市场具有很强的敏感性和认知能力；
4、娴熟的英文口头及书面表达能力及沟通能力，良好的团队合作精神。
5、具良好的职业道德和敬业精神。
