Job description

-Manage a group of highly motivated chemists and provide strategic and scientific leadership in medicinal chemistry and project management;

-Be responsible for strategy and implementation of activities in hit generation, lead identification and/or optimization;

- Be responsible for team build-up and expansion;

- Be responsible for ensuring deliverables with high quality at a fast turnaround timeline;

- Be responsible for comprehensive project documentations;

Requirements

-The preferred candidates must have a Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry or related fields with a 2~5-year industry experience;

- A successful track record of accomplishments in synthetic/medicinal chemistry;

-In-depth understanding of SAR and strong ability to drive the hit generation, lead identification and/or optimization;

-Extensive hands-on experience in lab operation;

-Be familiar with small molecule drug targets including GPCR, kinease, ion channel,

protease and other enzymes;

-High motivation to work in a fast-paced team environment;

- Excellent communication, flexibility and collaboration skills;
