职位描述：
Direct report to: Senior Business Manager
Location: Shanghai Office


Job responsibilities:
1. Operate and manage the group internal orders in ERP system;
2. Deal with the internal customer complaints, and commit the solutions for all different conditions;
3. Develop and bid the new products, and maintain good relationship with customers;
4. Organize and coordinate the related exhibitions, and make the product catalogues, publicity brochures, etc.;
5. Gather the market information, and analyze the related products, and learn about the products information and competition with the market;
6. Submit the relevant sales report (weekly, monthly, etc.), and assist manager to draft company annual sales budget;
7. Operate public official accounts, such as WeChat, etc, and draft the products copywriting in online stores;
8. Other tasks.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, data analysis or other related, good written and spoken English;
2. Good skills in Office , proficient ability in data process in EXCEL, and master the VLOOKUP and PivotTable;
