? Lay out definition and drawing for quality areas
? Product description and new car components analysis
? Control point definition for the main elements
? Tech spec (RFQ) definition for specific competence areas according to Standard, investments, quality, timing request
? Suppliers offers analysis
? Suppliers equipment timing (design and construction) monitoring and control (design review)
? Control advance liquidated and respect of the costs previewed to budget assigned
? Suppliers equipment installation monitoring and control (Try out activity)
? Ergonomics criteria application
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, Competence etc.)
- Education: Mechanical Bachelor
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in the Manufacturing area in automobile or automobile components industry.
- Skills & Competence:
1. Technical Skills:
? Quality control concept in Press Shop, BiW and General Assembly
? Quality equipment and machine knowledge
? Can access the Engineering database (CODEP - IMAN ), make contact with product Engineering, analyze impact on process, tooling and equipment.
? Can create process plan to incorporate changes.
2. Language Skills:
? English: Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing Very Good
3. IT Skills:
? Access and use Microsoft Office Suite: Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Project, Vis Mockup, Autocad, TCM, Codep, UG.
4. Flexibility, Team work application
5. competence:
-CMM, quality equipment and jigs in: Press Shop、BiW、General Assembly
-Related to all the quality control in process and out process
