职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
IT Management:
1. Identifying and substantiating the need for all information systems developments at the location. Establishing priorities as they relate to site information systems needs.
2. Ensuring site alignment with Regional and Corporate wide IT strategy.
3. Supporting the delivery of IT related service levels established with Local, Divisional and Corporate IT management.
4. Managing IT related costs at the site level; (budget / capital plan) helping to reduce costs where appropriate and identifying cost saving opportunities at the location.
5. Vendor management - Maintenance contract & service agreement reviews & negotiations.
6. Ensuring that site systems are always kept to current levels of compliance.
7. Working closely with the Global IT operations and infrastructure organizations to deploy and leverage full range of global infrastructure capabilities, competencies and tools.
8. Supervising the acquisition and/or implementation of key site applications.

Job Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or Engineering or other management related disciplines.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in an information technology role
- Demonstrates the technical ability and knowledge to quickly integrate, implement and document new technologies while supporting and maintaining the existing core systems.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent written and spoken English is required.
- Strong influencing and teamwork skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with various functions and levels of management. 举报 分享
