Job Description for Clinical Research Physician
临床研究医生职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Produce information of CAR T cells immunotherapeutic product line and helps to market successfully;
2. Evaluate risk versus benefits of CAR T cells immunotherapeutic product line;
3. Insure patient safety and ethics of CAR T cells clinical study;
4. Execute CART clinical research together with clinical operation team at the hospital;
5. Serve as an expert of medicine as it interfaces with other cross-functional areas , such as regulatory, clinical trials business development, marketing, etc.;
6. Manage external relationships and develop clinical research cooperation;
7. Provide medical writing support to clinical trial operation team.
Skills/Qualifications:
1. Degreed medical doctor – additional hematology specialty training highly recommended;
2. More than 5 years clinical experience in hematological tumors;
3. Documented GCP training;
4. Basic public speaking skills in English and Mandarin;
5. Ability to be a writer of clinical trial project ;
6. Driven by data and objectivity, not emotion;
7. Documented experience in research, clinical experience or pharmaceutical medicine.
