职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、建立、发展稳定、高效的销售团队，在总经理的领导下，按时完成下达的任务和指标；
2、负责搜集PPP项目市场资料，进行深入的市场分析，提供市场运作方向性的建议；
3、管理和监控所辖区域中基建项目的计划、投标、讲标、商务洽谈和合同的签署；
4、负责协调涉及市场活动的各种关系，根据市场需求，规划本部门的发展目标；
5、预测与分析市场趋势，收集相关信息，协助公司做好调研工作，制订营销策略，扩大营销市场；
6、复核所有报价，做好客户所需的相关资料；
7、做好客户信息反馈工作，及时准确地把客户需求以书面形式传达给相关部门，协助相关部门处理客户意见及客户沟通；
8、负责工程回款落实，加强客户的沟通管理；
9、日常行政管理及团队建设，及时对本部门员工进行销售技巧等相关培训，提高业务水平。


岗位要求：
1、工商管理、经济类、市场营销、工程建筑经营管理等相关专业本科及以上；具有基金、证券从业资格证及行业相关资质者优先考虑；
2、有5年以上工程类销售管理经验，有工程直销经验；
3、丰富的客户网络，能够及时准确地掌握行业动态，挖掘潜在客户，独立开拓新市场；
4、具有出色的领导能力、协调公关能力、优秀的沟通能力及说服力；
5、具备高度的责任心，能承受较大的工作压力，具备良好的敬业精神；
6、有政府类项目、大型信息系统项目类销售经验者、有市政工程建设工作经验者优先。 举报 分享
