岗位职责：

1、协助财务预算、审核、监督工作，按照公司及政府有关部门要求及时编制各种财务报表并报送相关部门；
2、负责员工报销费用的审核、凭证的编制和登帐；
3、对已审核的原始凭证及时填制记帐；
4、准备、分析、核对税务相关问题；
5、审计合同、制作帐目表格；

6、领导交办的其他事务。

任职资格：

1、会计、财务相关专业大专及以上历，3年及以上的企业财务工作经历；
2、熟悉成本核算及财务数据分析，初级以上职称；
3、能独立完成企业财务整套会计核算；
4、了解和熟悉税务税收政策，能独立完成网上报税；
5、认真细致，爱岗敬业，吃苦耐劳，有良好的职业操守；
6、熟练应用财务及Office办公软件，对金蝶、用友等财务系统有实际操作者优先；
7、有旅游业的财务核算经验者优先

ECS Engineering Consulting Service GmbH has its headquarters in Düsseldorf and branch offices in Cologne, Vancouver, Shanghai, etc. The Germany headquarter has over 110 professional registered architects and designers from German, Unite States, Canada, Sweden and etc. They are engaging in urban planning, architecture design and landscape design as well as professional engineering consultancy in many states of German and other countries all over the world.
After the company entered into Chinese market in 2004, ECS located its China headquarter in Bund Center Shanghai, to form independent international management mode technically supported by German headquarter and market strategy mode with the centre in shanghai and radiation to the whole country. Our company is consist of departments: planning, architecture design, landscape design, energy efficient research, urban development research and external affairs, which provide better and integrated services and professional consultancies with international standards to our clients.
