职位描述：
Job Description（Main Responsibilities）岗位职责：
1、 Payroll and benefit calculate (include social insurance/employee housing funding/personal tax/kinds of commission and bonus calculate).
2、 Deal with employee relationship.
3、 Implement performance review process, update the performance review policy
4、 Carry out some incentive activities for employees.
5、 Focus on counter/store staff incentive and communication policy.
6、 Be responsible of calculate the hr. cost budget.
7、 Complete the salary and related reports.

1、 Excellent English skill.
2、 Good logic to calculate the salary and other welfare.
3、 Good communication skill to explain salary detail and logic with employee and company leader .
4、 Personal character is open and nice.
