职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责对公司各项目的工程进度、工程质量、工程成本等年度、月度计划的执行情况进行跟踪、检查、督导、落实；
2、负责组织施工过程中的分阶段验收和竣工验收，竣工备案手续；负责对施工单位的施工进度、质量安全、消防和监理单位的监理工作实施监控；
3、负责协调处理好与设计单位、施工单位、监理单位、政府主管部门之间的关系；
4、在公司的授权下，审批/审核各类招投标、合同、设计变更、洽商、资金支付等；
5、参与方案规划、设计确定、变更等工作；
6、参与销售计划的编制和执行，参与销售方案的制定与落实，销售队伍的管理及业务指导。
7、参与运营团队的选择，参与运营方案的确定与落实；
8、配合运营团队的工程支持工作；
9、负责部门建设及部门日常跟踪的管理、建设和发展优秀的项目管理队伍；
10、主持、推动关键管理流程和规章制度的建立和完善，及时进行组织的流程的优化调整；
11、负责公司和相关政府部门的外联工作，保持良好关系，确保项目各项工作的顺利开展；
12、完成总经理交办的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、 具有土木工程、建筑工程或设备安装、给排水等工程类专业大学本科或以上学历；具有二级注册建造师的执业资格证书
2、 具有2年的施工管理经验和4年的施工现场经验。
3、熟悉项目规划、建筑全过程实际流程规范；
4、具备全局意识和协作精神，有极强领导力、高效执行力和沟通能力，团队组织能力；
5、善于协调和处理有关前期开发过程中与政府相关部门的良好关系。 举报 分享
