Liasing with UK personnel and supplier contacts so that an amicable ‘win win’ partnership is developed
manage critical path planning and new product launches
manage current product re-design launches
attend print runs
plan shipments liason with suppliers(6 week plan) and manage stock calculator
shipping documents checking and issue to UK
liasing with Office Administrators to ensure documentation arrives in the UK on time and accurately and arrange FRIs
and any other duties that can be reasonably expected to ensure that our Supply Partners and TSL's expectations are managed efficiently and to a satisfactory conclusion, whilst all of our Supply partners in China are managed and supported effectively for the benefit of our mutual businesses.

Requirments:
Our Supplier coordinator must have good English speaking and writing skills, be able to work with people effectively, be able to represent TSL effectively in China and our China supply partners effectively in the UK, be willing to travel and work flexible hours so that the business can effectively and efficiently operate. They must also have an awareness of commercial and quality requirements in the UK, and be able to transfer those requirements to the China business model. Shanghai SIP Engineering Consulting Ltd. (SIP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Colliers International. It was established in 1993 as a specialist engineering and construction project management company; its aim was to support international companies seeking to enter the China market, by helping to procure, build, expand and/or refurbish the buildings or facilities they would need to succeed here, and managing that process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to local regulations and the very best start for Clients’ China operations.
