职位描述：
（1）5年JAVA SE/EE 经验，具备扎实的计算机基础理论知识，有支付系统、电子商城，保险核心系统经验更佳，本科以上学历；
（2）精通Java EE相关技术和框架(spring、hibernate 或 myBatis、缓存技术、远程调用、消息中间件等同类产品)，领悟其设计模式；
（3）熟悉至少一种数据库技术（db2、mysql优先）；
（4）熟悉linux操作系统；
（5）有在性能优化、高可用性、可扩展性、安全性设计等方面具备一定的实践经验；
（6）熟悉redis的缓存使用和环境构建
（7）熟悉Meven，SVN等代码项目管理
