Purpose of position职位目的:
Carry out testing acc. to defined plans, product application tests as well as product performance tests, sample inspection and material tests. Operate and maintain equipment required for these tests (drilling/ setting equipment, tensile tester, inspection equipment). Doublecheck own results for potential errors/ deviations (mechanical setup, calibration, procedures). Report and discuss deviations with engineers. Report results by standard templates.

1. Preparation, execution, troubleshooting and documentation of tests. Load tests, application tests, inspections.

2. Manage and archive test reports and documentation test results.

3. Organisation (storage, order) of test materials.

5. Support CIP initiatives in test lab efficiency and 5S.

任职要求：
1. Junior College / College or Technical Secondary School graduated in (Mechanical or electrical is preferred) engineering or equivalent minimum required, Bachelor degree preferred.
大/中专院校或技校工程类专业毕业（机械或电气专业优先，机械或电气专业学士学位优先）
2. 2 years experience in testing, maintenance/construction company or at job sites required.
2年的测试经验，维修经验，或建筑工地工作经验。
3. Basic English or commitment to achieve basic communication level within 1st year required.
基本英语沟通能力，或者在一年内达到基本英语沟通能力。
4. Basic computer skills (MS, Excel).
