职位描述
Job Descriptions:
1. Offer professional secretarial and administrative support to General Manager, Factory;
2. Receive and coordinate visitors, as well the colleagues from aboard such as invitation letters, hotel booking, schedule arrangement, reception;
3. Coordinate General Manager's agenda and schedule calendars and prioritize issues to ensure an effective time management approach;
4. Collect, consolidate and analyze information from the departments to draft weekly, monthly and quarterly reports assigned by General Manager, Factory;
5. Able to access to General Manager 's email and assist the General Manager to deal with emails which including the communications with overseas and correspond with international offices;
6. Perform other jobs allocated by the General Manager, Factory timely and accurately.
Job Requirements:
1. Graduation with bachelor or above;
2. At least 2 year experience as secretary in foreign companies; with experience in supporting foreigners is preferred
3. Able to burden high pressure and take heavy workload
4. Proficient in MS Office(Word.Excel.PowerPoint)
5. Good sense of service with approachability.
6. Fluent spoken and written English, can make an interpretation on site
