工作职责Responsible:
1.负责相对应的业务部门招聘全过程管理，并根据需求适时不断调整并完成招聘目标。
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units and provide a high-touch and consultative recruiting service for all hiring needs
2.实施招聘工作，发布招聘广告、进行简历筛选、评估候选人并拟定岗位意向书
Responsible for leading the recruiting on sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer.
3.协助业务部门领导和人力资源领导掌握客户需求及内外部市场需求，建立一定数量的人才库
Engage all business partners and HR generalists in order to understand the needs of the client as well as attain internal expertise of the profile and map to external marketplace.
4.实时更新招聘状态/结果，确保和业务部门领导进行工作对接
Update hiring status/result weekly to ensure hiring tracking with BU heads.
5.维护现有员工EHR系统
Maintain the employee information in EHR system

岗位要求Requirements:
1. 本科学历 Bachelor's degree
2.至少1-2年招聘经验，猎头行业优先 A minimum of 1-2 years recruiting experiences, preferable in headhunting industry.
3.一定的英语口语和书面表达能力 English skill in both oral and written English.
4.出色的沟通能力 Good communication skills
5.能独立展开工作，并与团队进行合作 A great team player and can also work independently
