职位描述：
Mission description:
Describe activities that the person is in charge of: (Human Resources Management, means, etc.)
？ Warranty data collection
According the warranty customer data (isochrones graph/PPM follow-up…) got from quality on a periodical basis (at least 1 / month)
Analyses the data and implement action plan to reduce warranty return rate
？ Warranty return analysis
Analyze first level done by quality department on generic database for all warranty return from customer
Warranty Problem solving (Warranty QRQC)
Pilot the warranty QRQC meeting
Assign PDCA to the right organization
Follow PDCA-FTA step (QR/PD/CA) and ensure VIM update dailly
？ Warranty roadmap reporting: Pending warranty issue (number)
Red box updated and weekly review with PG Raise manager
Put warranty complain on red box and report to PG raise manager
？ Maintenance and update public disc of warranty data

？ 三包数据收集
根据质量从客户定期(至少每月一次)获得客户三包数据(等时线图/PPM跟踪…)
分析数据和实施行动以减少三包退回率
？ 三包件退回分析，三包问题解决(三包 QRQC)
主导三包QRQC会议
分配PDCA给合适的组织机构
跟踪 PDCA-FTA步骤并实时更新VIM数据库
？ 5轴心汇报: 未解决的三包问题(数量)等
红箱子更新并每周与PG Raise经理回顾
把三包抱怨输到红箱子内每周向Raise经理汇报
？ 负责公共盘三包索赔目录的维护和更新 举报 分享
