职位描述：
1.Ensure optimisation of logistics costs through appropriate order management and inventory policies. Monitor inventory holding at all distributors to ensure that stock holdings are not excessive.
2.Responsible for receiving, despatching and storing company goods/asset.
3.To monitor and track the inventory, and maintain optimal levels at the correct locations to meet customer and factory demand.
4.To ensure inventory data is accurately maintained, frequently updated and clearly reported.
5.Manage and execute all inventory counts, make the adjustments necessary to reflect actual, and recommend changes to inventory procedures or controls to ensure the optimum return to the company.
6.Organize, plan, coordinate, monitor and control whole logistics network.
7.Establish and implement processes and procedures to maintain product quality across the logistics network.
8.Implement and manage the best practice in cost effectiveness and efficiency of managing warehousing and distribution.
9.Collect necessary information and coordinate import、export and logistics.
10.Establish planning of returning goods.
11.Manage the contractual relationship of all Third Party Warehousing and Distribution Channels to achieve agreed service levels and key performances, as well as the cost effectiveness and effective internal controls required.
12.Manage shipping operation including Fright forwarder and other related agencies to achieve the required movement of goods for import and export.
13.Planning, co-ordinating and managing Third Party Manufacturing or Third Party Co-packer.
14.Ensure a high level of communication regarding the status of orders and deliveries with customers and Sales team to enhance our overall customer satisfaction. Ensure high levels of teamwork with other country logistics managers, plant operations, and the country Demand team.
15.Identify current best practice and implement changes to procedures and processes, as appropriate.
16.Develop, and report on, appropriate KPIs to assist Management in making the right business decisions.
17.Ensures full, appropriate and timely communication within organization and to the worldwide organization of key projects, strategic activities and results.
18.Actively participate in the Kellogg China Leadership Team meeting and reviews.
Qualifications：
1.A university degree in Business/Marketing/Finance/ technical field or a Master’s degree would be an advantage.
2.At least 8 or more years of experience in related sector, skin care / cosmetics sector of foreign company would be an advantage.
3.Be familiar with logistics management and procedure management, and be eager to grow with company.
4.Possess extensively strong knowledge of logistics and distribution with general knowledge of the supporting operational / supply chain functions.
5.Strong strategic orientation and demonstrated creativity in getting things done.
6.Strong leadership/ managerial skills and first-line supervisory experience.
7.Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English (oral and written).
8.Excellent interpersonal skills and networking with external trade partners.
9.Possess a high degree of organizational skills to be able to lead and motivate people at all levels in the organization. 举报 分享
