Job description:

- Design fashion accessories for kids and woman such as: handbags, pack packs, purses, sunglasses, totes, scarf, hat).

- Seasonal trend forecast researching.

- Source fabric/colors/prints/techniques.

- Cooperation of collection following trends.

- Cooperation with Creative Department to develop Design/Product.

- Develop prints for collections.

- Support key looks / trend book / capsule collections.

Responsibilities:

- Trend research and creation of seasonal trends: in-market research (shopping trips, fashion and fabric fairs…), on-line research, etc.

- Design of Accessories Designz seasonal trends book.

- Develop ideas for product licensed such as: Marvel, Disney, Minnie, etc.

- Develop prints for new trends.

- Develop of ideas for new trends for European and USA market.

- Develop of tech packs for sample and max production.

Requirements:

- University degree in related field (fashion design, graphic design, art).

- At least 3 years of relevant experience.

- Fluent English is a must.

- Chinese Mandarin and Spanish is a plus.

- Strong knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign.

- Knowledge in Adobe Premiere, 3d Max, Adobe After Effects is a plus.

- Ability to think for themselves with a problem-solving attitude.

- Motivated and looking to learn and grow.

- Willing to roll their sleeves up and be hands on.

- Able to work with the design team

- Multi task

- We can accept Skype interview for non-Shanghai resident.
