职位描述：
JW Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated molecular biologist to join the R&D group. The senior scientist will utilize their deep understanding in molecular biology, including vector design, cloning, molecular analytics, gene editing etc. for the innovation, optimization, assessment of gene and cell therapies
1. Act as a scientific leader with the ability to drive innovation, lead projects and teams, solve technical problems, transfer technologies and assays
2. Work independently and in cross-function teams
3. Review and approve technical documents such as methods, protocols and reports.
4. Serve as technical lead to solve technical challenges and support laboratory investigations.
Qualification:
1. Doctorate degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Pharmacology, Oncology or related files. Scientific experiences within Biotech/pharma industry is a plus
2. Technical proficiency in standard biochemical, cellular and molecular biology techniques
3. Expertise in various molecular and cellular analytical methodologies, i.e. flow cytometry, qPCR, ELISA, immunological assay, cell based assays, reporter cell lines, luminescence, etc.,)
4. Experience with analytics assay development
5. Expertise in gene delivery and gene editing techniques
6. Strong knowledge of virology and immunology is a plus
7. Strong data analysis skills
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work flexibly in a cross-functional team
9. Demonstrated track record of independent critical thinking and scientific achievement in research, exemplified by a strong publication record and presentations at national/international conferences 举报 分享
