职位描述：
Summary
Responsible for providing the company the needed support for customs clearance and building the necessary interface and relationship with all ports customs authorities

Main Responsibilities
? Support the company on Chinese customs processes in order to receive cargo clearance on time respecting and complying with Chinese customs laws and regulation – including trouble-shooting when issues arise with Customs’ authorities.
? Provide the necessary interface between the company, customs authorities and port authority – also ensuring coordination among any external agents’ that Vale may employ.
? Develop workflow and disseminate within the company the regulations and responsibilities of each stakeholder (internal and external) to ensure smooth process as well as recommend process improvements where/when necessary.
? Create effective channels between Vale with local and national Customs agencies and authorities
? Proactively advise the company on any issue that arises with regards to customs and cargo clearance
? Work with other areas (legal, Finance, Corporate Affairs, business units) to provide analysis on any changes of law and/or procedures for customs

Profile
? Excellent written and verbal English skills is mandatory
? Must be Chinese national
? Strong understanding of company’s ethical and compliance processes
? Adaptable, flexible and objective attitude, candidate must be a ‘team player’, with proven negotiation skills as well as ability/maturity in handling complex issues, difficult stakeholders
? Must have at least 8-10 years prior experience in working with Chinese Customs authorities in a cargo clearance capacity – either with a major Chinese SoE, Foreign MNC is preferred - with commodity related business, even better
? Prior work experience working with relevant area in big 4 (Deloitte, E&Y, KPMG and PWC), law firm or customs agent is considered a plus

Qualifications
? 8 to 10 years’ work experience in area
? Graduated from a respected Chinese university or Overseas university with a Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement)
? Background: degree, masters or bachelor in finance, economics, business, law or international trade, other relevant majors
? Specific knowledge: incoterms, international trade and customs laws and regulations 举报 分享
