Assist the sales process and reach specific product target through following activities:
1. Provide technical assistance to the sales team
2. Providing on-line or on-site technical support to the customers
3. Responsible for demonstration, installation and training of Crystal Instrument products
4. Make checking and confirming the proposal from sales based on the customer requirements, execute benchmarking
5. Provide the products training and support internally, to increase the sales capability on products and competitors
