短期6个月
Main Responsibilities:
- Representing customer interface and order fulfillment function toward internal and external customers
- Order management activities within the company’s organization including orders official/forecast, order processing, order fulfillment tracing till to final delivery; ensure all documentation and order processing to be arranged timely and accurately
- Order recording and filling system, order statistic and reporting of high-quality (Sales report, Hit rate report, Open payment report, etc.)
- Resolving with the customer contractual issues
- SAP operation & monitoring the whole SAP processing
- Reporting order status and forecasts
- Coordinate with planning team for order forecasting/safety stock setup management
- Coordinate with warehousing team for on-time and accurate delivery
- Coordinate with logistics specialization team for smooth customs clearance
- Any other task delegated by the line manager accountabilities

Skills / Knowledge and Ability:
Import /Export knowledge
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and mature
- Soft skills
- Professional knowledge about order fulfillment management experience
- Knowledge of SAP
