职位描述：
工作内容:
1、根据客户要求独立完成方案设计构思、设计效果图及施工图的绘图工作。
2、负责所属项目的创意设计方案。
3、把握设计的创意方向、水准及进度。
4、评估并改进设计方案、把握设计质量及可操作性。
5、对材质有一定的了解，控制设计成本。
6、创意性思维及表达能力强，熟悉各种展览材料及制作规范。

6, Creative thinking and strong communication skills, familiar with all kinds of exhibition materials and specifications.


任职资格
1、精通电脑软件：3DMAX，AutoCAD，Photoshop等。
2、美术、三维设计等相关专业专科以上学历，从事过一年以上的展览展示、展台设计工作，展台类、美术设计类专业背景优先。
3、较好的美术功底和审美能力，色彩感强，具备一定的创意构思能力，能把握视觉色彩与整体布局等。
4、做事积极、主动性强，具备优秀的自我学习能力，高度的责任感。
5、能独立完成设计方案和施工图（包括效果图、立体图、平面图、设计手册制作等）。
6、具备充分的想象空间及创新能力,了解展示、展览道具的制作结构和工艺流程。
7、思路清晰、头脑敏捷,具有分析客户心理的能力,有责任心及良好的团队协作意识。
8、对国内外展会材料，灯光的组合运用，成本的控制有一定的掌握。

Qualifications
1, Proficient in computer software: 3DMAX, AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc.
2, Art, three-dimensional design and other related professional college degree or above, engaged in more than a year of exhibition, booth design. Booth design or art design background is preferred.
3, Good art skills and aesthetic ability, strong sense of color, with a certain creative ability of the visual color and the overall layout, etc.
4, Active, initiative, have good self-learning ability, high sense of responsibility.
5, Able to complete the design and construction drawings (including renderings, three-dimensional maps, plans, design manuals, etc.).
6, With the full imagination and innovation ability, understand the display, exhibition props production structure and procedure.
7, Clear mind, with the ability to analyze customer psychology, responsibility and good sense of teamwork.
8, the combination of domestic and international exhibition materials, lighting, kind of cost control.
